1. Who we are

This website is operated by Scalemora OÜ. Scalemora OÜ is the controller of personal data processed through this website.

2. Data we process

When you complete the contact form, we process: your name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the interest you selected, your message, the website language and the time of submission.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address and browser information in server logs.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

Contact form: to respond to your enquiry and, at your request, prepare a proposal or call. Lawful basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical data: to provide a secure, working website and prevent abuse such as spam. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and service providers

Form submissions are stored in a secured database provided by our cloud hosting and database provider, acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be disclosed where required by law.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Retention

We keep contact enquiries no longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. If no business relationship follows, we delete your data once it is no longer needed to follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, retention periods follow from the agreement and statutory (tax) obligations.

7. AI voice assistant

The AI voice assistant on this website is not yet active. No voice data is currently processed through this website and no microphone access is requested.

When the assistant is enabled, we will update this privacy policy in advance with information about what data is processed, by which providers and for how long.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Send requests to info@scalemora.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored submissions.
